Try The POUND Workout!

We’ve had a lot of fun playing with our drumsticks in our “Pound” workouts. Drumming is an effective full body workout combining cardio, balance, coordination, and core strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Anyone can do it and no bulky expensive equipment required. Adding that little bit of weight from the drumsticks requires extra coordination and balance, contracting your core with each movement. Yes, working out can be effective AND fun!
